He is the former chairman, legal representative and general manager of a large state-owned enterprise, with rich leadership experience and excellent management skills. Personal experience:
Shen Linde served in the army for 17 years. In 1987, he transferred to a company in northern Henan as the secretary of the workshop party branch. Three years later, he was promoted to deputy factory director. In 1995, he competed to become the director of Anyang Chemical Fiber Textile Factory. After the enterprise was restructured in 2000, he served as the chairman and general manager of Anyang Delong Textile Co., Ltd.
- Achievements in enterprise management: When Shen Linde took over Anyang Chemical Fiber Textile Factory, the enterprise faced many problems, such as corruption cases that led to the imprisonment of many cadres, serious losses, high asset-liability ratio, equipment shutdown, and employee holidays. He brought the enterprise back to life through a series of measures, such as collecting cadres' debts, clearing public property, using business relationships to borrow raw materials on credit, clearing public funds, and selling waste equipment to start production, and personally investigating market conditions. He also introduced military management methods into the factory, strictly fined those responsible for quality accidents, vigorously promoted the reduction of staff and increased efficiency, improved rules and regulations, and strengthened the management of circulation links. From 2000 to 2004, the company achieved a total industrial output value of 1.1 billion yuan, and the total profit and tax was more than twice the total of the five years before the reform.
Character quality and employee care
Shen Linde has the tenacity and sense of responsibility of a soldier. He competed for the position of factory director despite his family's obstruction. When the company was struggling to climb, he was too busy with work to see his dying father for the last time. He cares about employees. For example, when employee Yue Ruilin was sick and hospitalized, he visited him many times, sent people and cars, took the lead in donating money, and helped to take care of his father's funeral, winning the hearts of employees and inspiring their sense of responsibility as masters.
