All people appreciate beauty .all people appreciate nice an elegant things

But : what is the measurement of beauty? What is beauty ?

According to Daosit philosophy there is no beauty if no uglynesss. Yin and Yang. People has reference about beauty because know the ugliness

The references about beauty and ugly are based on:

- society reality ; historical process

- personal experiences

- beliefs and religion

- quantity of knowledge available and how we can understand this knowledge  and the way we look to specific knowledge,

- Health can change our perception about beauty

Those can be very subjective concepts and many times these concepts become logical only when the revered historical process no longer  exist.

For example : the way people and animals are represented at Middle Ages in Europe are very different than the way human and animals had being drawing at Ancient  classical Greek and Roman  Age .

The Greek and Roman’s had  very physical idea of the world and marched toward ideals in terms of humanity.Gods represents powerful and greatness, and also very human. They where very well represented through painting and sculptures with details in proportion, muscles and forms. Many times nude  bodies . They represented the power and health  as one of the most important requirements, also for gods , either human anf nature . Powerful   and  health phisical body like gods  , represented the concept of the beauty at Ancient Greek and Roman eras.

When ocidental Roman Empire decay,  the Middel Age art started  in the society In these period many times we can see people and animals represented as flat and dramatic facial expressions, , looking up and praying , sad expressions  because  , according to many scholars, whose expressions represented the human suffering, and asking for divine salvation. We can see, through thee two examples, how religion and beliefs have being influenced human , social way to see the society. Can you percept how the religion and philosophy , through the power of communication,  can make our vision about life and can influence our beliefs ?

These examples show us how philosophies and religion has defined the concept of life , and inluenced societ’s perception of own existence throughout the ages of humanity.
